Oh wow, what a great photo! It must have been so difficult to go into battle wearing that!

Nice photo, shows a realistic impression. I’m still looking for photos of the camps near Shorncliffe, i.d.(West) Sandling Camp, where my great grandfather had his training in 1915. If I would find a photo of the inspection by King George V, and parade at Beachborough on Sept. 2 1915, that would be welcome as well.
