Call of Duty: Roads to Victory

Call of Duty: Roads to Victory features an entire campaign based on Canadian exploits during the Second World War. With four levels in the campaign, the player takes control of Corporal Allan Bradshaw of the Calgary Highlanders, 1st Canadian Army, and Cpl. Todd Gessinger of the North Shore (New Brunswick) Regiment, 1st Canadian Army, to fight off Germans during Operation Infatuate in the Battle of the Scheldt.

Steel Division: Normandy 44

Newly released real-time strategy game Steel Division: Normandy 44 allows the player to take control of historical units based on the divisions that fought in the days and weeks following the Allied invasion of Normandy in 1944—including the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division. The game features three single-player campaigns and up to 10 versus 10 online multiplayer battles. In addition to Canadian forces, the player can take control of units from the United States, United Kingdom, Nazi Germany, France and Poland.

Wargame: AirLand Battle

Wargame: AirLand Battle is a real-time tactics game set amid the height of the Cold War. After several months of tension between NATO and the Warsaw Pact nations, an incident in the North Sea suddenly sets the world on fire, starting an all-out war.

The game allows the player to control Canadian forces as one of the playable factions. In the game, Canadian forces rely more on their robust infantry and anti-tank equipment than on their armoured divisions, which are generally made up of older equipment compared to their counterparts. More comfortable in a defensive rather than an offensive strategy, Canadian troops have a good infantry capability, thanks to their land and airborne transport, which is among the fastest in the game.

Battlefield 1942

Introduced in version 1.6 of the game, the Canadian Army is a playable faction in Battlefield 1942. It has an identical load-out as other Allied forces with the exception of the replacement of the M1918 Browning automatic rifle with the M1941 Johnson light machine gun.
