Zero Day at the Canadian International Sniper Concentration

It was a long day at the range this Wednesday in Gagetown, N.B., where 27 teams from across the world were working to get their weapons zeroed (made accurate) in time for the competition’s kick-off on Thursday morning.

Seeing so many varied sniper teams lined up to shoot was quite a sight, actually. Teams from the Royal Canadian Regiment and the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry lined up beside French Marine Commandos, Canadian Special Operations Forces, RCMP shooters, SWAT teams and all sorts of others (see photo).

Stay tuned for more reports as the competitive portion of the concentration gets rolling.
