Attending Labrador City Branch’s 33rd Annual Hospital Telethon, which raised $34,751, is Second World War veteran Joan Robertson (centre, behind chairs), side by side with organizers Bernie Denief and Vida Connors. The funds will help buy a video-conferencing clinical cart. The telethon has raised more than $2 million over the years.
