The Liberal track record for spending has been abysmal - with a laundry list of failed initiatives and scandals - the green fund being a prime example.  PM Carney has already said that Canadian spending in Ukraine will account for the part of the total - with much of the $25 Billion spent already by Canada unaccounted for - and only 30% pf arms and materials making it to the front lines.  It&#x27;s far too early to bank on a revived CF - more likely we will be talking about more funds that have disappeared into a black hole with little to show for it.]]></description>
